Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how Sawari’s website and travel-booking support work, what to check before you pay, and how provider rules apply to your trip. Read them together with the conditions shown for each service.
Last updated: October 2026Using our website
By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are making a booking for another traveller, you confirm that you have permission to provide their details and accept the applicable booking conditions on their behalf.
You must provide accurate, current information and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it to submit misleading or fraudulent information.
Our role and travel providers
Sawari may help you search, compare, request, book, or manage travel services. Flights, accommodation, tours, activities, rail, bus, insurance, eSIM and other services may be supplied or operated by independent airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, insurers, telecom providers, or other partners. The provider responsible for each service will be identified in the booking details where applicable.
The provider’s rules govern delivery of its service, including check-in, baggage, room access, tour participation, schedule changes, and cancellation conditions. A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by Sawari or the relevant provider and written confirmation or issue of the relevant ticket, voucher, or reference. A search result, quote, payment attempt, or automated acknowledgement alone is not confirmation.
Booking authority and confirmation details
The person submitting a booking request is the lead contact for that request unless the confirmation identifies someone else. The lead contact should be authorized by all travellers to provide the information needed to arrange the booking and to receive updates about it. If the lead contact is booking on behalf of a company, family, or group, that person is responsible for passing relevant itinerary details and provider conditions to the travellers. This does not remove any individual traveller’s rights under applicable law or make one traveller responsible for a separate obligation unless the law or booking contract provides for it.
A booking record may pass through several stages: search, quotation, request, payment authorization, supplier review, and final confirmation. These stages are not interchangeable. A submitted form or successful payment authorization may show that Sawari received a request or that funds were temporarily reserved; it does not necessarily mean every service has been accepted. A final confirmation should identify the service and include a reference, ticket, voucher, or other proof of acceptance. If the confirmation is missing or contradictory, contact us promptly and do not purchase a second itinerary until the status has been checked where practical.
Some services require a provider to check availability or validate traveller details after a request is submitted. That process may take longer during weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, or provider system interruptions. We will use the contact details supplied to communicate status when information is available to us. Keep those details current and check junk or filtered email folders if a confirmation is expected. If the provider declines the request, we will explain the next steps available, including any amount due to be returned under the transaction terms and applicable law.
Your confirmation and the supplier’s terms should be read together. If they appear to conflict, contact Sawari before travel so we can seek clarification from the provider. A correction or clarification is not effective merely because it was requested; look for a revised confirmation or other written acceptance. Save the final documents in a place you can access offline, and make sure each traveller who needs them has the correct ticket or voucher.
Prices, payment and booking details
Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. Before paying, check the total amount, traveller names, dates, route and any baggage, fare or service restrictions. Optional extras, taxes or provider fees may apply where disclosed during the booking process.
Payment must be made using an available payment method and in the currency displayed. A payment request or payment link is valid only under the terms shown with it. Do not send payment card details by email or through an unrelated channel.
Price breakdown, taxes and currency
Travel prices can combine several items, including a supplier fare or room rate, taxes, mandatory charges, optional extras, and a booking or assistance fee where one applies. Review the final breakdown shown before you authorize payment. If a charge is described as optional, it should only be included when you select it or otherwise agree to it. If a required charge is known at checkout, it should be disclosed there rather than presented later as an unexpected optional purchase. Local taxes or charges collected directly by a hotel or public authority may be identified separately when the provider has supplied that information.
A displayed price is generally tied to the requested dates, passenger count, room configuration, route, and fare or service conditions. Changing one of these details can change the total. Search results may be based on recent availability data and are not a promise that a price will remain available while you consider it. The price and conditions accepted at final booking are the ones shown in the payment or confirmation record, subject to provider acceptance and correction of an obvious technical or pricing error under applicable law.
If a price is shown in a currency different from the currency used by your card or bank account, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign-transaction charge. Sawari does not set those third-party rates or fees. The exact amount posted to your account may therefore differ from an estimate displayed in another currency. Contact your financial institution for its conversion method and charge details. If Sawari or a provider charges a different currency from the one shown in the final payment screen, contact us with the receipt so the transaction can be checked.
Promotional prices, discount codes, bundled rates, or limited-time offers may have eligibility conditions, expiry dates, minimum stays, travel windows, or excluded services. Unless the offer terms say otherwise, a promotion cannot be assumed to combine with another offer. Check that any discount appears in the final amount before paying and retain a copy of the offer terms. If a code is not accepted, do not assume it will be applied after purchase unless the promotion expressly provides a later adjustment process.
Payment security and suspected fraud
Use only payment pages and instructions provided through Sawari’s official website or a booking communication that you have independently verified. Sawari will not ask you to disclose a one-time banking code, full card security code, account password, or PIN by email or public message. If a message asks you to pay an unfamiliar account, follow a shortened link, or provide a code urgently, pause and contact us through a known contact method before acting.
A card payment may be declined, delayed, or flagged for verification by the card issuer or payment processor. A verification request does not necessarily mean a booking has been confirmed. If additional information is requested, provide only what is reasonably necessary using a verified secure channel. If you choose not to complete a required check, the supplier may be unable to accept the booking and inventory or price may change while the request is pending.
If you believe a payment method or booking has been used without permission, notify your bank or card issuer immediately and contact Sawari with the transaction reference. Your bank may investigate a chargeback or reverse a transaction under its own rules. A chargeback does not automatically cancel a travel service, so also contact the relevant provider to establish whether the reservation remains active and ask us to update the booking record.
Keep receipts and booking confirmations until all services have been completed and any related refund or dispute has been resolved. Do not send card images or account statements unless we explain why they are needed and provide a secure method. You may obscure unrelated transactions or account information before sharing a document, provided the information needed to identify the relevant payment remains visible.
Flights, stays and travel experiences
Airline fare rules and conditions of carriage determine flight baggage, check-in, change, cancellation and no-show rules. Passenger names must match travel documents. Airlines may require flight segments to be used in order; missing one segment can affect the rest of an itinerary. Contact us promptly if a flight changes, and wait for written confirmation before relying on a new itinerary.
Accommodation bookings are subject to the property’s check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, house rules, deposit requirements, included meals and cancellation terms. Tours, attractions, transfers, rail and bus services may have meeting times, age or health restrictions, luggage limits and safety requirements. Read each confirmation and contact the provider in advance about special arrangements; a request is not guaranteed unless confirmed.
A package or itinerary may combine services from several providers. Each part may have its own terms and cancellation deadlines, and changing one service does not automatically change the others unless the booking confirmation says so. Any package-travel rights and responsibilities that apply by law remain in force.
Flight tickets, baggage and connections
An airline ticket is issued for the named traveller and the itinerary shown on the ticket. Check every passenger name against the passport or other travel document the airline requires before the ticket is issued. Airlines can restrict name corrections after issue or charge a fee. A request to change a spelling or other detail does not guarantee that the airline will approve it, and an incorrect name may prevent check-in or boarding. Tell us as soon as an error is found, because the available remedy may depend on the airline’s process and how close departure is.
The fare conditions determine what is included. A low base fare may exclude checked baggage, seat selection, meals, priority boarding, airport check-in, or other services. Baggage limits may differ by airline, route, cabin, ticket type, and operating carrier. If the itinerary includes a codeshare or more than one airline, check which carrier operates each segment and which carrier’s baggage and check-in rules apply. Allow enough time to review these details before paying, and verify them again in the issued ticket and airline booking record.
For connecting travel, check the connection time, airport or terminal changes, baggage transfer arrangements, and whether the flights are sold as one protected itinerary or as separate tickets. A self-transfer may require you to collect baggage, clear immigration, check in again, and meet the next airline’s deadline. If separate tickets are used, a delay on one ticket may not automatically protect the next ticket. Do not rely on a connection being protected unless the booking documents or airline confirm it.
Airlines may change schedules, gates, aircraft, or operating arrangements. Monitor messages from the airline and Sawari, confirm flight times before leaving for the airport, and follow the airline’s check-in cutoff. If a flight is delayed, cancelled, or materially changed, contact the airline or the support channel on your documents promptly. Options such as rerouting, a refund, assistance, or compensation depend on the airline’s rules and applicable passenger-rights law. Sawari can help communicate a request but cannot guarantee an airline’s decision.
Accommodation, room types and property rules
Accommodation descriptions, photographs, facilities, ratings, and policies are provided by the property or its booking partner. They are intended to describe the offer but may not show every operational detail. Before booking, check the property name and location, room or unit type, number of occupants, bed arrangement, meal plan, accessibility information, check-in and check-out dates, and the cancellation deadline. A request for a particular floor, view, bed configuration, early arrival, or late departure is not guaranteed unless the property confirms it.
Some rates require full or partial prepayment, a deposit, or a card guarantee. The property may also collect a refundable security deposit or local tax at arrival. The amount, payment method, and release timing may be controlled by the property or bank. Review the reservation details to understand whether payment is collected by Sawari, a booking intermediary, or the property itself. If the property charges you directly, retain its receipt and contact it about an amount it collected.
Properties set their own rules for guest age, identification, occupancy, pets, smoking, noise, visitors, and use of facilities. Failure to meet a rule may lead to additional charges or refusal of accommodation, subject to applicable law. If your arrival will be late, notify the property using the contact information on your confirmation; a reservation can be treated as a no-show under the property’s policy if it is not informed. Keep the property’s address and contact details available in case you need directions or assistance on arrival.
If a facility listed in the description is important to your stay, such as a lift, pool, parking, accessible bathroom, or air conditioning, confirm its availability directly with the property before booking or travelling. Facilities can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or local operational reasons. If the property proposes a substitute room or location, ask for its details and any price difference in writing before accepting where circumstances allow. Any legal rights related to a material change remain unaffected.
Tours, activities and local transport
Tour and activity descriptions should be reviewed for duration, meeting point, start time, included items, physical demands, language, participant limits, age restrictions, and equipment requirements. Operators may require a minimum number of participants or change an itinerary for safety, weather, access, or operational reasons. A listed meeting time is local to the destination unless the confirmation states otherwise. Plan transport to the meeting point with a reasonable buffer; arriving late may mean the group has departed and may be treated as a no-show under the operator’s conditions.
Some experiences involve walking, water, heights, animals, vehicles, remote areas, or other physical risks. Read the operator’s safety information and decide whether the activity is suitable for each participant. Tell the operator about relevant support needs or restrictions before booking, and do not participate if you believe conditions are unsafe. The operator remains responsible for its own safety duties under applicable law. A customer’s acceptance of a description does not waive a legal right or excuse a provider from a duty it cannot lawfully exclude.
For rail, bus, transfer, or other ground transport, verify the departure station or pickup location, terminal, time zone, luggage allowance, ticket-validation steps, and any ID requirement. Some tickets require a printed copy or a specific mobile app; others must be collected from a counter. Allow time for security, queues, and local traffic. If you cannot locate the driver or service desk, use the contact information on the voucher and keep a record of your attempts to reach the provider.
For private transfers, supply accurate flight details, pickup location, passenger count, luggage quantity, and a working contact number. A vehicle may not be able to carry more people or baggage than the booked capacity. If your flight changes or baggage needs increase, notify the transfer provider as soon as possible. A driver’s waiting period and any charge for extra waiting or a changed route are governed by the transfer conditions shown at booking.
Your travel responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that names and booking details match each traveller’s identification, and for meeting passport, visa, health, transit and entry requirements for every destination. Requirements can change; confirm them with the relevant official authorities before travel.
Please arrive on time, follow provider instructions and keep your booking documents accessible. Provider schedule changes, disruptions and service delivery are handled under the applicable provider rules.
Passports, visas and entry requirements
Each traveller is responsible for holding valid travel documents and complying with the entry, transit, health, customs, and immigration requirements that apply to the itinerary. A passport that is valid for one country may not satisfy another country’s minimum-validity rule. A traveller may also need a visa, electronic travel authorization, transit visa, proof of onward travel, vaccination record, or other document. Requirements depend on factors including nationality, residence, route, purpose, and length of stay, and may change after a booking has been made.
Use official government, embassy, consulate, airline, or border-authority sources to verify requirements before purchase where possible and again before departure. General information provided by Sawari is not a government decision or a guarantee that a traveller will receive permission to travel or enter. If you use a visa-assistance service, the service may help prepare or submit information, but the government authority retains sole power to decide an application. Processing times and outcomes are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the responsible authority under its own rules.
Review all issued tickets, vouchers, and travel documents as soon as received. Check names, dates, destinations, passport details, baggage, and service inclusions. Report an error immediately through the contact channel on your confirmation. Keep copies of essential documents separately from the originals and make sure each traveller can access the information required at check-in or during the journey. Do not send original passports or other identity documents unless the relevant authority or provider specifically requires them through a verified procedure.
A traveller who is denied boarding, transit, or entry because of missing, expired, incorrect, or insufficient documents may face additional costs or lose part of an itinerary. Whether any amount is refundable depends on the provider terms and applicable law. This provision does not exclude a remedy where the problem resulted from an error for which Sawari or another responsible party is legally liable.
Group travel and special requests
When one person makes arrangements for a family, group, or other travellers, that person should check that each traveller’s name, date of birth, and contact information are correct before submitting the request. A mistake affecting one passenger can have consequences for that person’s ticket or service without automatically changing the rest of the group’s arrangements. Group fares, room blocks, tours, and promotional rates may also have minimum participant counts, payment schedules, or cancellation conditions that differ from individual bookings.
Tell us about a special request before payment whenever possible. Examples include adjacent seats, accessible facilities, dietary arrangements, a child seat, an extra bed, or assistance at an airport. We can pass a request to the provider where the booking process allows it, but a request is not confirmed unless it appears in the booking documents or the provider confirms it in writing. Some requests may carry an additional cost or may not be available for the selected service.
If a traveller has a health, mobility, or other requirement that could affect participation in an activity, review the operator’s suitability and safety rules and ask questions before booking. The traveller should decide whether the activity is appropriate and seek professional medical advice when needed. This does not change any duty a provider owes under applicable law.
Age, conduct and participant requirements
The person making a booking must have the legal capacity required to accept the booking terms. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should arrange travel for a minor and provide any consent or identification required by a carrier, property, border authority, or activity operator. Rules for infants, children travelling alone, unaccompanied minors, and young adults vary by provider and route. Confirm the relevant requirements directly before travel; the age category used to price a service does not necessarily determine the age at which a traveller may travel without an adult.
All participants must comply with reasonable safety instructions and lawful provider rules. A provider may refuse participation where a traveller does not meet a stated age, health, equipment, or qualification requirement, or where conduct creates a safety risk or materially disrupts others. Where a refusal or removal occurs, any refund is assessed under the service conditions and applicable law. Sawari does not decide whether a person is medically fit to participate and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Travellers are expected to treat Sawari staff, supplier staff, and other customers with respect. Threats, harassment, discriminatory conduct, violence, or deliberate damage may be reported to the responsible provider or authorities where appropriate. We may restrict access to customer support or booking facilities where necessary to address abusive or unlawful use, but this does not prevent a customer from submitting a legitimate complaint through an appropriate channel.
If a provider requires a waiver, safety briefing, license, or other document at the point of service, review it before participation and ask the provider about anything unclear. Do not assume a booking confirmation overrides a local safety instruction or legal restriction. Where a provider’s instruction appears inconsistent with the confirmed service, contact the provider and Sawari as soon as practical and retain any written response.
Fair booking and customer care
We aim to present material booking conditions before payment, distinguish confirmed services from requests, and explain known mandatory charges in the price breakdown. We will not describe a service as refundable, guaranteed, or included unless the applicable booking information supports that description.
We handle customer requests consistently and respectfully, assess each case against the booking terms and applicable law, and explain the basis of a decision in plain language. If a booking cannot be confirmed or a provider rejects a request, we will communicate the options available to us. We do not promise an outcome where the decision belongs to an independent provider.
We do not tolerate unlawful discrimination or harassment in our customer interactions, and we expect travellers to treat our team, providers and other travellers respectfully. This standard does not restrict your right to raise a complaint or question a charge.
Before you authorize payment, review the total shown for the exact dates, traveller count, route or property, and selected service level. A price shown during an earlier search may not include a later selection, such as extra baggage, a room upgrade, a transfer, or an optional protection product. The final checkout breakdown and the confirmation are the best records of what you selected. If the amount or service description differs from what you agreed to, contact us promptly and do not assume that an optional item was accepted unless it appears in the order details.
If a traveller needs assistance related to mobility, communication, dietary needs, or another accessibility requirement, tell us before the booking is finalized where possible. We can pass the request to the provider or help identify the appropriate contact, but the provider must confirm whether it can meet the request. We will not present an unconfirmed request as a guaranteed feature. Where practical, use the support details on your confirmation to keep the request connected to the correct booking.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The conditions shown for your booking determine whether a change, cancellation, credit, or refund is available. Rules differ by provider, fare or room type, travel date, and service component; some bookings are non-refundable or cannot be changed. See our Refund Policy for how to request assistance.
Submit requests as early as possible and before the deadline shown in your confirmation. A request is not complete merely because you contacted us; wait for written confirmation that the provider has processed it. Changes may involve supplier penalties, fare or rate differences, or a disclosed Sawari service charge where applicable and permitted by law. We will explain known charges before proceeding with a paid change.
Travel disruption and events beyond control
Travel can be affected by severe weather, natural events, public-health measures, industrial action, security incidents, government decisions, infrastructure failures, or other events a provider cannot reasonably control. The party responsible for the affected service should communicate operational changes and any available assistance or rebooking process under its terms and applicable law. Contact the airline, hotel, tour operator, or transport company for urgent on-the-ground instructions and let Sawari know if you need help with the booking record.
A disruption may affect one service but not another. For example, a changed flight does not necessarily change a hotel reservation, tour ticket, or separately booked transfer. Review each reservation and contact each provider before its deadline. Keep receipts for reasonable expenses, save disruption notices, and record the dates and times of important calls or messages. These records may be useful if you later submit a refund, insurance, or compensation request.
We will relay information received from a provider and assist with options available through the booking channel. We cannot promise that a provider will offer a particular alternative or pay costs arising from an event outside its or Sawari’s control. However, no event label or contract wording removes any non-waivable consumer right, statutory duty, or liability that applicable law preserves.
If a provider offers a substitute service, compare its essential features, timing, location, and price with your original booking before accepting. Ask whether accepting the substitute affects any later claim or other itinerary component. If immediate safety is involved, follow local emergency instructions first and resolve booking questions once it is safe to do so.
Website content, external links and availability
The website may display text, images, descriptions, schedules, ratings, maps, or other information supplied by travel providers or other third parties. We take reasonable care in presenting information received through our booking channels, but we do not independently inspect every facility, route, room, or activity. A photograph may be illustrative, a schedule may change, or a description may omit a detail important to your needs. Ask the provider to confirm critical information before booking when it is not clear in the offer.
The Sawari name, logo, page design, original text, and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal travel planning and may keep copies of your own booking documents. Unless a law permits it or we give written permission, you may not republish substantial site content, use our marks to suggest an endorsement, or copy material to build a competing database or service.
Links to airline, hotel, insurer, payment, government, or other websites are provided for convenience and may be governed by separate terms. A link does not mean Sawari owns, controls, or endorses every statement on that site. Check the address and privacy notice before submitting personal or payment data. Any transaction you complete directly with another provider is subject to the terms disclosed by that provider.
We may update, suspend, or reorganize parts of the website for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We aim to keep booking information available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at every moment. An interruption to website access does not by itself cancel a booking already confirmed by a provider. Use the contact information on your confirmation for time-sensitive assistance if the website is unavailable.
Service information and responsibility
We take reasonable care when presenting travel information, but provider schedules, descriptions, prices and availability may change. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every displayed detail will remain current before confirmation.
Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each travel provider is responsible for delivering its own service under its conditions.
Complaints and dispute handling
If you have a concern about Sawari’s booking support, contact us with your reference number, a concise description of what happened, relevant dates, and the outcome you are seeking. If the concern relates to a provider’s service while you are travelling, notify the provider at the time as well when it is safe and practical to do so. Prompt notice gives the responsible party an opportunity to investigate and may help preserve evidence.
We will review the information available, ask for relevant supporting material when needed, and explain the response or next step. For a complaint about a supplier’s decision or performance, we may need to send the issue to that supplier or ask it to investigate. We cannot guarantee the supplier’s response time or outcome, but we will share updates we receive and explain who is responsible for the next action.
Nothing in this section prevents you from using a complaint, consumer-protection, or court process available to you under applicable law. These terms do not require you to waive a legal right or accept a proposed settlement as your only remedy.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms when our services or requirements change. The version displayed on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.
For questions about these terms or a booking, contact us at Tsawaritravelworld@gmail.com or call +973 1727 6007.
Booking-specific notices will normally be sent to the email address or telephone number supplied for the lead traveller, or through another channel shown in the confirmation. You are responsible for keeping those details current and checking messages about a trip, especially as the departure date approaches. A notice sent to the recorded contact may contain personal itinerary information, so use an account and device you control. If you believe another person can access your booking communications, contact us and the provider to ask what account-security steps are available.
The terms in force when a booking is accepted generally describe that booking, together with the provider conditions and any later changes accepted by you. An update to this website’s general terms does not, by itself, rewrite a confirmed reservation or remove a right that has already arisen. If a change is required by law or a provider’s operational terms, we will explain the change where information is available and applicable law permits. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent that they can lawfully operate.
Written confirmations, receipts, change notices, and cancellation acknowledgements should be kept as part of the booking record. If different messages appear inconsistent, send us copies of the relevant messages and identify which service they relate to. We will compare them with the supplier record and ask for clarification where needed. Keep the final response with your travel documents so you can refer to the agreed itinerary and any accepted amendment.
